In-person strategy days are some of the most fun, energizing, and productive times for any organization.
Given the global pandemic, this strategy day can be moved online to include eight, 50 minute Zoom sessions with a 10 minute break between sessions and a 45 minute midday lunch break.
Taking the time to gather leadership in a room (digital or otherwise), without distractions, to tackle big problems and make plans on how to achieve big dreams is tremendously impactful and necessary. Recurring revenue organizations who don't grow year over year, die. That growth doesn't just happen by itself, or not for long at least.
Effective leaders prioritize time away for from the daily grind to plan and strategize. I'm here to come alongside you & your team, understand where you are now vs. where you want to go, and create an actionable, realistic, strategic plan to get you there – all in a day.
Prior to the in-person strategy day, I conduct a preliminary discovery session with you over the phone. Armed with that information, I'll then prepare a comprehensive discovery process which we'll tackle first thing during our time together.
Once I have an in depth understanding of where you are now vs. where you want to go and what's standing in the way of getting there, we start to assess all potential paths to achieve desired outcomes.
By the end of the day, we aim to have a clear path forward and the steps required to get there. Within 48 hours of the end of the meeting I deliver a comprehensive session summary and action items: your Roadmap.
I offer a 60 minute call within 10 days of the strategy day to clarify any points, answer questions, etc. It's common for clients to jump to a retainer agreement with me after a strategy day, for help carrying out the vision on the Roadmap, but there's no pressure to do so.
A second consecutive day can be purchased for an additional $5,000.

Each coaching session is 90 minutes in length and run with maximum efficiency and impact for your business. 90 minutes is enough time to tackle one, massive glaring problem, or 3-5 areas that need a second set of eyes and steps on how to move forward in a way that will improve your bottom line.
3-session pack is my most popular offering. We will touch on every area of your business, tackle big problems head-on, and set you on a path to growth. Most 3-session packs lead to an ongoing retainer, though that is not required.
Fee: $1500, $2750, or $3500 for 1, 2, or 3 sessions of up to 90 minutes each
